TRUST & ACCESS

Clear boundaries.
Considered access.

Understanding what a product does—and who can see what—is part of choosing it well.

Access has a purpose.

The connected pilot uses account login and server-checked workspace access. A customer’s access is separate from the permissions of MCA Compass staff and platform administrators.

Roles stay distinct.

Customers use the platform. MCA Compass staff provide assigned operational support. Platform administrators manage platform access. These are different responsibilities.

Preview means preview.

The public tour uses fictional merchants and conversations. It does not connect to real mailboxes, send messages, process funding, or charge a subscription.

What the current pilot demonstrates

The pilot demonstrates authenticated access, explicit workspace permissions, and shared inbox classification and assignment. The richer workflow demonstrations remain simulations. A working local pilot does not establish a production security certification.

This marketing website does not request mailbox credentials, bank statements, merchant applications, or payment information. Its demo form prepares an email draft on your device and does not submit the form to a server.

What still needs to be established

Production hosting, operational policies, live integrations, and final commercial terms must be established before the paid service launches. We do not claim a security certification, specific data-residency commitment, or service-level guarantee for this preview.

Ask the questions that matter to you.

Use the demo conversation to discuss your access requirements and the information you would need before putting real customer data into a service.
